The Access Control Office has put out a notice that they are now able to schedule appointments for new and renewal badge applicants.  Employees are encouraged to schedule appointments using the instructions listed below:

To Schedule an Appointment

• Call 972-973-5100
• Let the Trusted Agent know if you are a new applicant or renewal applicant
• Select an appointment that fits your schedule

Arriving for a Scheduled Appointment

• Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment
• Go to the Appointment Only check-in line
  • You must have your proof of identity and proof of employment authorization documents from the List of Acceptable Documents
• Trusted Agent will call you at your scheduled appointment time

Late Arrivals for Scheduled Appointments

• You are considered late when you arrive more than 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time
• Late arrivals may choose one of the following options:
  • Use the Walk-In Only line and wait, or
  • Call 972-973-5100 to make another appointment

To Cancel an Appointment

• Please cancel appointments 1 business day prior to the scheduled appointment
• Call 972-973-5100 to cancel an appointment and reschedule
