Archie began his aviation career in the early 80s, then found his home with American in 1987, first at the Portland International Airport until 1996 when he transferred to DFW.Known as “good guy” Archie, he gave 25 years of service to American before retiring in 2012.

Joe was born in Honolulu, HI He graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School in 1984 then obtained a Sheetmetal and Pipefitter degree at Honolulu Community College. After working for the sheet metal union and then Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Joe was employed for 35 years as a Fleet Service Clerk with American Airlines at Honolulu International then Dallas Fort Worth Airport.

David Albert Dempster, at the age of 80, passed away March 1, 2023, in North Richland Hills, Texas. He was born in Simco, Canada. David graduated from Taylor High School in Taylor, Michigan. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Then was employed with American Airlines for over 35 years.

Anthony "Tony" Amendola

May 20, 1949 - March 9, 2023

Tony grew up in Harlem and the Bronx, New York and graduated from Aviation High School. He served our country in the United States Army during Vietnam. Tony was a very hard worker and retired as a crew chief with American Airlines and retired in 2008. Tony loved baseball and actually was drafted to play for the Detroit Tigers.

Leslie Shea Lillis

Leslie Shea Grimm Lillis, 56, passed away on March 28, 2023 while surrounded by her family and fiancé after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She graduated from Waynesboro High School in 1985 and enlisted and served in the United States Navy prior to starting her career with American Airlines. For over 25 years, Leslie was a dedicated fleet service crew member and crew chief at American Airlines.

Roger Ray James, age 76, of Malakoff, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023, in Tyler. He was born on October 28, 1946, in Ft. Worth, Texas Roger was a retired Fleet Service Clerk and a Union Rep. and served in the U.S. Airforce during Vietnam.

Larry was a U.S. Marine and retired from American Airlines. He was an active member of the Hills Church for 55 years.

Priscilla worked in Hollywood in the motion picture industry before moving to St. Charles, Missouri in 1992. She went on to work for American Airlines as Fleet Service Clerk starting in 1994, until her death.

After being honorably discharged, he went to work for Southern Pacific Railroad. In the early 1980s, he began working for American Airlines for 37 years until his retirement.
