TWU Urges DOT to Regulate Aircraft Cabin Temperatures
TWU flight attendant members have firsthand experience working in both stifling hot and shivering cold aircraft cabins, where they must carry-out their important safety and security responsibilities while interacting with often unhappy and uncomfortable passengers. Recently, the TWU filed formal comments urging the DOT to begin regulating temperatures inside the aircraft cabin to better protect the health and safety of flight attendants and the flying public. You can read the comments by clicking here or visiting the Air Division tab on the TWU website.
