Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Use this link for the Company's proposed change to the CS policy to be implemented system wide beginning June 18, 2011.
First and foremost, the Officers of this local DID NOT endorse this policy change, nor do we feel it’s fair for the Company to set further limitations on our member’s ability to supplement their income or alter their schedule. Many of our members need the flexibility to change their shifts when financial, personal or family needs arise. Our members have given enough to the Company, and we view this policy change as just another concession!
To address this critical issue I have called for an EMERGENCY MEMBERSHIP MEETING.

PLACE: LOCAL 513 UNION HALL
We highly recommend ALL MEMBERS attend one of these meetings to discuss the impact this new CS policy will have on the membership, and what we must do to combat these changes. We are calling to action all Local 513 Brothers & Sisters at a time when we must stand together so our voices will be heard!
*Immediately following each meeting there will be a Crew Chief / Shop Steward briefing.
